Returns and Exchanges
We understand that you may need to return or exchange your purchase from HUGHSIMMS.com.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept it for exchange or return.  Please see our policies below:

Return:
 For all products purchased online at HUGHSIMMS.com, we will issue a full credit to the original tender (credit card) if returned within 60 days of the purchase date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
 Initial shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
 Items must be in good condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.  The merchandise shall be returned in its original apparel box.

Exchange:
 For all exchanges, please refer to HUGHSIMMS.com to make sure that the product you desire is still available.  Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
 For all products purchased online at HUGHSIMMS.com, we will be happy to provide an exchange if returned within 60 days of the purchase date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
 If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of HUGHSIMMS.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.   The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

To Return or Exchange, follow the next 3 steps:
1. FILL OUT THE FORM INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:  Please fill out the Returns & Exchanges form completely and include the entire form in your return/exchange package.  All of your personal/shipping info will be on the reverse side of this form, so please retain a copy of the original receipt for yourself. 
2. REPACK THE MERCHANDISE: The merchandise shall be returned in its original apparel box.
3. SHIP (USING OUR PREPAID LABEL OR  USE ANOTHER CARRIER):

For your convenience, all HUGH SIMMS products purchased online at HUGHSIMMS.com include a FEDEX pre-addressed, pre-paid return label.   To use, affix the pre-paid label and take it to any FEDEX shipping location. Logon to FEDEX.com or call 1-800-463-3339 to find the closest drop-off location.  Once we receive your return package, we will notify you via email. When utilizing our FEDEX pre-paid shipping label, you will be charged $8 for shipping.  Please allow us 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Refund on returns will be applied to the original form of payment and the $8 shipping fee deducted from the credit total.  If you choose to send your goods through another carrier, you will not be charged a fee.  We recommend you select a service that provides tracking information.   HUGH SIMMS LLC is not liable for any packages lost during the returns process if tracking information is not available via alternative carrier.

Change to Orders
Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that we can change the order once it is received in our system.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service at service@hughsimms.com .
Payment Options
HUGHSIMMS.com proudly accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), and PayPal accounts.  We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or any other types of payment.

   

When will my order be processed?
We want you to have your HUGH SIMMS necktie in your hands as quickly as possible. If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 48 business hours.  Please note during periods of high volume, it may take longer.  Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped Monday.  Unfortunately, we do not ship or deliver on Holidays or Weekends.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity.
- Different billing & shipping addresses entered
- Unable to verify billing address information
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We certainly do!  Please send your delivery address to service@hughsimms.com and we will respond with the delivery schedule and rates.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
What are my shipping options?
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. We utilize FEDEX for our shipping.

Standard Shipping    Typically, 3 to 5 business days in the contiguous U.S., depending on distance to the destination.    $10
Two-Day Shipping    Second-business-day delivery by 4:30 PM to most areas. Order must be made Monday-Friday by noon-PST to arrive second business day.    $20
Overnight Shipping    Next-business-day delivery by 3 PM to most areas. Order must be made Monday-Friday by noon-PST to arrive second business day.    $40
Saturday Delivery    Please e-mail service@hughsimms.com for delivery pricing.   
International Delivery    Please e-mail service@hughsimms.com for delivery pricing.   


I want to purchase an item online that is out of stock.  Will it be coming back in stock?
We are doing our best to keep up with the demand for HUGH SIMMS.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Please e-mail service@hughsimms.com and state which product you would like to purchase.  As soon as it is available, we will contact you.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax for any deliveries made in California.  The tax rate applied to your order will be 8.25%.  If your shipping address is outside California, no sales tax will be applied.
What about security?
Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. That’s why we utilize services that automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and our financial partner’s servers.
Your computer:
When registering or logging in to our site, we verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.
In transit:
